Do others have access to my prayers?

No. We may access prayer data solely to provide our journaling, transcription, and search features — we will never browse or review your prayers. Your prayer content is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any AI model. Our database uses Row-Level Security policies that restrict access to the account owner.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. Open your device settings, navigate to your account's subscription management, find Arbor, and select Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my audio recording uploaded to the cloud?

No. Your audio recordings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud storage. When you record a prayer, the audio is temporarily sent for transcription and then immediately discarded by the provider.

I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, email us at globalcoms@arborprayer.app with a description of the problem, your device model, and operating system version. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
